679. Proceedings for the suspension or cancellation of a registration certificate issued under the Retail Sales Tax Act (chapter I-1), the Broadcast Advertising Tax Act (chapter T-2) or the Telecommunications Tax Act (chapter T-4) instituted before 1 July 1992 are continued under Title I in respect of a registration certificate issued under the said title.
