1.1. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision it may contain, this Act applies to the extent that it refers to the territory of the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay.

Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision it may contain, this Act applies to the extent that it refers to the territory of the Conseil de la santé et des services sociaux de la Baie-James and to the extent that it concerns the emergency pre-hospitalization system contemplated in Division VI.1.
