724. A company that becomes a corporation to which this Act applies may fulfill the requirements of sections 215 and 216 by declaring the existence of a unanimous shareholder agreement and the names and domiciles of the persons who have assumed the powers of the board of directors to the enterprise registrar when filing its first annual declaration after 14 February 2011.
