63. The transit authority shall submit to the Commission des transports du Québec, before they come into force, the fares to be charged in operating a sightseeing service.

63. The corporation may operate a means of transport or a transport system within the meaning of the Transport Act outside its territory.
The corporation is then subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission except within the scope of a system operated pursuant to sections 67 and 67.1.
