241. After the issuance of a licence, the Authority may

(1)  (subparagraph repealed);

(2)  impose such conditions and restrictions as it deems necessary to give effect to this Act and the regulations thereunder;

(3)  change or cancel the conditions or restrictions attached to the licence.

Before exercising its powers under this section, the Authority shall notify the company in writing as prescribed by section 5 of the Act respecting administrative justice (chapter J‐3) and allow the company at least 10 days to present observations.

The Authority shall also give notice in writing of its decision and the reasons therefor to the company.

(1)  reduce the period of its validity;

(2)  impose such conditions and restrictions as it deems necessary to give effect to this Act and the regulations thereunder;

(3)  change or cancel the conditions or restrictions attached to the licence.

(2)  impose such conditions and restrictions as he deems necessary to give effect to this Act and the regulations thereunder;

(3)  change or cancel the conditions or restrictions attached to the licence.

Before exercising his powers under this section, the Inspector General shall notify the company in writing as prescribed by section 5 of the Act respecting administrative justice (chapter J-3) and allow the company at least 10 days to present observations.

The Inspector General shall also give notice in writing of his decision and the reasons therefor to the company.

(2)  impose such conditions and restrictions as he deems necessary to give effect to this Act and the regulations thereunder;

Before exercising his powers under this section, the Inspector General shall inform the company of his intention and give it an opportunity to be heard.

The Inspector General shall also give notice in writing of his decision and the reasons therefor to the company.
