Disposition versions
146. The object of the inspection is, particularly, to verify
(1) the accuracy of the information and details supplied in the statements and reports provided for in this title;
(2) the adequacy of the safety measures as regards the moneys the company is entrusted with;
(3) the financial, commercial and management methods followed by the company;
(4) the financial condition of the company.
