35. The Minister of Finance is authorized to pay to the Société, for the carrying out of its mission, a contribution not exceeding $60 000 000 for the period from 17 December 1993 to 31 March 2000. This contribution is payable in several instalments, the dates, amounts and conditions of which are determined by the Government.
