23. Section 32 of the Act respecting the Ministère des Relations internationales (chapter M-25.1.1) or section 3.16 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (chapter M-30), as the case may be, shall apply to an employee of the Société acting outside Québec.
