S-16.02 - Act respecting the Société du tourisme du Québec
Section 14
Disposition versions
14. The affairs of the Société shall be administered by a board of directors consisting of a president and director general and of not more than ten other members, appointed by the Government on a proposal from the Minister, after consultation with bodies he considers to be representative of the sectors concerned by the activities of the Société.
The Government shall designate one of the members of the board of directors as chairman of the board.
