11.1. The Government shall appoint, from among the members of the board of directors, a chairman and a vice-chairman of the board.
The Government may appoint the same person to act as president of the Company and chairman of the board of directors.

11.1. Where the members of the board of directors are elected for two years or less, the Government shall fix the salary of the president and the indemnities and allowances to which the president and the other members are entitled.
Once fixed, the salary of the president cannot be reduced.
