16. The secretary and the other members of the personnel of the company are appointed and remunerated according to the standards, scales and staffing plan established by by-law of the company, and are subject to the second paragraph of section 11.
The by-laws may also determine the social benefits and other conditions of employment of the secretary and the other members of the personnel.
The by-law is subject to approval by the Government, and comes into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec, or on any later date it indicates.
