Disposition versions
23. Applications to the corporation for financial assistance must be made in the form it requires. They must also be accompanied with the documents and contain the information the corporation requires.
An undertaking making an application must show the corporation that its financial prospects are adequate to meet its commitments and that its management has the competence required to attain its objectives.
