Disposition versions
41. The Minister must appoint a special mandatary if the Minister is of the opinion, after consultation with the minister responsible for the administration of the Labour Code (chapter C-27), that all means of settling the dispute have been exhausted and that, in light of the exceptional circumstances described by the applying party, the continuation of the dispute may seriously jeopardize the provision of public services.
