41. Despite sections 38 and 39, a service provider may be informed of the existence of or have access to information obtained by a body under the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1) only if the service provider is acting within the scope of that Act.
Moreover, a service provider may be informed of the existence of or have access to information obtained by a body under Chapters VIII, IX and XI of the Public Health Act (chapter S-2.2) only with the authorization of the public health director concerned or the national public health director, as applicable. The same applies to any information relating to an investigation into an unusual clinical manifestation temporally associated with vaccination.
