2. Every local municipality may make by-laws respecting the construction, furnishing (aménagement) and putting into use of public buildings situated in its territory.

2. Every city or town municipality incorporated under a general law or special charter may make by-laws respecting the construction, furnishing (aménagement) and putting into use of public buildings situated within its limits.
