109. Whoever contravenes this Act or a regulation made under it commits an offence and is liable, in all cases where no other penalty is imposed, to a fine of not less than $300 and not more than $5,000.
Whoever, in contravention of the provisions of an order made under subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 31.0.1, fails to pay the fees prescribed is also guilty of an offence and is liable to the penalties provided for in the first paragraph.
