28. (Repealed).

28. Where an employee or beneficiary is not satisfied with a decision rendered by the Commission relating to the qualification for benefits under this act, the granting of the pension credit provided for under this act or the amount provided for under section 24 of this act, he may, within the year following the mailing of that decision, apply to the Commission for a re-examination of that decision.
The Commission shall then do so as soon as possible.
