P-25 - Act respecting the sales price of pulpwood sold by farmers

Disposition versions
1. In this Act, the following expressions mean:
(a) “farmer” : any owner of a farm where he resides permanently and the cultivation of which is his main occupation;
(b) (paragraph repealed);
(c) “trader” : anyone who uses or trades in pulpwood.

(b) “settler” : a settler occupying colonization land in accordance with the Colonization Land Sales Act (chapter T-8);
(c) “trader” : anyone who uses or trades in pulpwood.
