15. If a lessee withholds part of his rent in conformity with article 1867 of the Civil Code, the amount allocated to payment for the service shall not be included in the amount withheld.

15. If a lessee withholds part of his rent in conformity with article 1612 of the Civil Code of Lower Canada, the amount allocated to payment for the service shall not be included in the amount withheld.
