9.1. (Repealed).

9.1. For the purposes of the application of the Photographic Proof of Documents Act (chapter P-22), any document, book or register emanating from the Department or forming part of its records may, notwithstanding the delay provided in subparagraph b of the first paragraph of section 2 of the said act, be destroyed immediately after it has been reproduced.
