352. If the returning-officer makes a return to the director general of elections which does not comply with section 324 or 345, or makes a return pending an application under section 339, the director general of elections shall send back the said return, together with all ballot-papers received by him, to the returning-officer, on presentation of an order signed by a judge of the Provincial Court having jurisdiction under section 318.
