79. Subject to section 75, immediately after the annual enumeration is completed, the returning officer shall have the lists printed according to the model supplied by the director general of elections. The age of the electors shall be omitted from the lists so printed.
Each printed list shall bear the name and address of the printer and so far as possible the address of the polling station.

If the enumeration is done during the election period the returning-officer shall, before the end of the third week prior to that of the polling, have the lists printed according to the model supplied by the director general of elections. The age of the electors shall be omitted from the lists so printed.
