9. (Repealed).

9. Prior to the day appointed for the assembling of a new Legislature, a certified list of the members elected at the last general election shall be delivered to the Secretary General of the Assemblée nationale by the director general of elections.
When a member has been elected after a general election, a certificate of his return shall be delivered without delay to the Secretary General by the chief returning-officer.
