18. (Repealed).

18. The judgment establishing the legal disqualifications or incapacities mentioned in section 16, or any one or more of such disqualifications or incapacities, shall have the same force and effect and shall be executory, with costs, in the same manner as a judgment formally pronouncing the nullity of the act or acts contemplated in section 16, the existence of which act or acts is established by the said judgment, and pronouncing the disqualification, dispossession or expulsion of the respondent or defendant from office as a member of the Assemblée nationale du Québec.
