103.19. The pension granted following an election made under section 103.18 after 31 December 1987 shall be payable from 1 January 1988.

103.19. The retirement pension scheme established under this Act does not apply to a person who, under section 103.18, has elected the pension plan established by the Act respecting the conditions of employment and the pension plan of the Members of the National Assembly (chapter C-52.1).
