98. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 235, s. 117; 1965 (1st sess.), c. 80, a. 1; 1987, c. 7, s. 13.
98. The court shall hear the appeal and decide it by preference on the day and at the hour it fixes. The proceedings shall continue from day to day, in term or in vacation.
Such appeal shall have precedence over other cases.
