28. (Repealed).

28. The chairman and the members of the committee shall not be remunerated. However, those members who are not members of the National Assembly of Québec are entitled to the reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of their duties and shall receive an attendance allowance fixed by the Government.
