657. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no application for judicial review under the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) may be exercised nor may any injunction be granted against the chief electoral officer, any of his officers or a person mentioned in section 580, acting in the performance of his duties.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, on an application, summarily annul any decision, order or injunction made or granted contrary to the first paragraph.

657. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no extraordinary recourse provided in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised nor may any injunction be granted against the chief electoral officer, any of his officers or a person mentioned in section 580, acting in the performance of his duties.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, upon a motion, summarily annul any writ, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to the first paragraph.
