51. (Repealed).

51. The Fondation shall not use the sums derived from gifts, legacies, grants and other contributions, except the sums voted annually by the Parliament, except for the exercise of its functions provided for under subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 50, unless the sums are invested pursuant to section 55.
The same applies to revenues resulting therefrom.
