815. Known creditors and legatees by particular title who have been neglected in the payments made by the liquidator have, apart from their action in damages against the liquidator, an action against the heirs who have received advances and against the legatees by particular title paid to their detriment.
The creditors also have a subsidiary action against the other creditors in proportion to their claims, taking account of causes of preference.
