3049. (Repealed).
1991, c. 64, a. 3049; 2000, c. 42, s. 73.
3049. An indication of the subsisting rights to be carried over to the land file, and those which are uncertain or are extinguished otherwise than by cancellation, and mention of the registered addresses which correspond to those rights, shall be included in the updating report, together with reasons.
The addresses of the holders of uncertain rights shall also be included in the report.
