3013. (Repealed).
1991, c. 64, a. 3013; 2000, c. 42, s. 48.
3013. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, the registrar may not register in the land register the rights set out in the application presented before verifying that the title of the grantor or last holder of the right concerned has been previously registered or, in the case of an original title granted by the State, that the title of the State is presumed.
This rule does not apply to leases of immovables, hypothecs or rights acquired without a title, in particular by natural accession.
