2990. Officers of justice, municipal clerks or secretaries, and others who draw up public authentic acts other than adjudicative acts, must certify that they have verified the identity of the parties to the acts drawn up by them which require publication by registration in the land register.

2990. Officers of justice, municipal clerks or secretaries and other drafters of public authentic acts other than adjudicative acts must certify that they have verified the identity of the parties to the acts drawn up by them which require publication by registration in the land register.

2990. Every officer of justice, trustee in bankruptcy, municipal secretary or clerk or ministerial officer drafting authentic or public acts shall certify that he has verified the identity of the persons contemplated in the acts drafted by him which require publication by registration in the land register.
