2976. (Repealed).

2976. Where part of the territory of a registration division has no cadastral survey, the register contains only one land book for that part.
This land book consists of as many land files as there are immovables without immatriculation in that part of the territory, even if those immovables belong to the same owner.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any land file opened under a serial number for a real right of State resource development exercised in a territory with a cadastral survey, or for a public service network situated in a territory with a cadastral survey, forms part of that land book.
