2974. If a right of usufruct or of use is established on an immovable, or if a right of exclusive use and enjoyment is awarded on a part of the situs of such a right, or if, under the declaration of co-ownership, a fraction of co-ownership may be held by several persons each having a periodic and successive right of enjoyment of that fraction, the registrar, where the regulations under this Book permit and where there is a direct application therefor, establishes a complementary file.
