2673. A hypothec subsists on the new movable resulting from the transformation of property charged with a hypothec and extends to property resulting from the mixture or combination of several movables of which some are so charged. A person acquiring ownership of the new property, particularly through application of the rules on movable accession, is bound by such hypothec.
