2206. Where one of the partners is, on his own account, the creditor of a person who is also a debtor of the partnership, and the debts are equally due, the amounts he receives from the debtor shall be charged to both claims in proportion to their respective amounts.

2206. Where one of the partners is, on his own account, the creditor of a person who is also a debtor of the partnership, and the debts are equally due, the amounts he receives from the debtor shall be imputed to both claims in proportion to their respective amounts.

2206. Where one of the partners is, on his own account, the creditor of a person who is also indebted to the partnership, and the debts are exigible to the same degree, the amounts he receives from the debtor shall be allocated to both claims in proportion to the amount of each.
