1234. The institute may, before the substitution opens, renounce his rights in favour of the substitute and hand over the substituted property to him in advance.
The renunciation by the institute may not prejudice the rights of his creditors or the rights of the eventual substitute.

1234. The institute may, before the substitution opens, renounce his rights in favour of the substitute and deliver over the substituted property to him in anticipation.
In no case does renunciation by the institute prejudice the rights of his creditors or the rights of the eventual substitute.
