C-68.1 - Act respecting the Corporation d’hébergement du Québec
Section 76
Disposition versions
76. As regards loans contracted by the Corporation, not repaid on 1 December 1999, and for which the payment by instalments provided for in relation to a subsidy granted in the name of the Government by the Minister of Health and Social Services is no longer made, the Corporation shall henceforth assume, in respect of a lender or trust company, the undertakings contracted by the Minister according to the prescribed terms and conditions, including the payment of sums into the sinking funds in accordance with sections 468 and 469 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S‐4.2).
For the purposes of the first paragraph, the undertakings of the Minister shall be assumed by the Corporation out of the revenues from the institutions of the health and social services network the financial resources of which are provided for by the Government.
