C-68.1 - Act respecting the Corporation d’hébergement du Québec

Disposition versions
27. The secretary and the other members of the personnel of the Corporation shall be appointed in accordance with the staffing plan established by by-law of the Corporation.
Subject to the provisions of a collective agreement, the Corporation shall determine, by by-law, the standards and scales of remuneration, employee benefits and other conditions of employment of the members of its personnel in accordance with the conditions defined by the Government.
27. The secretary and the other members of the personnel of the Corporation shall be appointed in accordance with the staffing plan established by regulation of the Corporation. The regulation shall also determine the conditions of appointment, the pay scales and rates, the employee benefits and the other conditions of employment of the members of the personnel.
The by-laws must be submitted to the Government for approval.
