Section 18
Disposition versions
18. Any vacancy on the board of directors, other than in the position of chief executive officer, shall be filled in accordance with the rules of appointment set out in section 13 for the unexpired portion of the term of the member to be replaced.
Absence from the number of board meetings determined in the internal by-laws of the Corporation, in the cases and circumstances specified therein, constitutes a vacancy.
