1. The Corporation d’hébergement du Québec, constituted on 10 September 1974 by letters patent issued under Part III of the Companies Act (chapter C‐38), becomes a legal person with share capital. The Corporation d’hébergement du Québec may be designated by the abbreviation “CHQ”.
