78. In no case where notice must be given to a coroner pursuant to Chapter II may a dead body be buried or cremated in Québec, transported out of Québec or remitted in accordance with Chapter V of the Funeral Operations Act (chapter A-5.02), except with the written authorization of the coroner.

In no case where notice must be given to a coroner pursuant to Chapter II may a dead body be buried or cremated in Québec, transported out of Québec or remitted in accordance with Division IX of the Act respecting medical laboratories, organ and tissue conservation and the disposal of human bodies (chapter L-0.2), except with the written authorization of the coroner.
