22. The Minister of Immigration and Cultural Communities is responsible for the administration of this Act.

22. The Minister of Relations with the Citizens and Immigration is responsible for the administration of this Act.

The Minister of Immigration and Cultural Communities exercises the functions of the Minister of Relations with the Citizens and Immigration provided for in this Act. Order in Council 133-2005 dated 18 February 2005, (2005) 137 G.O. 2 (French), 881.
22. The Minister of Internal Affairs, Immigration and Cultural Communities is responsible for the administration of this Act.

The Minister for Relations with the Citizens exercises, under the authority of the Minister of State for Employment and Solidarity, the functions assigned to the Minister of International Relations in respect with the Immigration and Cultural Communities provided for in this Act.
