327. Upon the coming into force of a by-law contemplated in section 321, the Community, by registration by deposit of a copy of such by-law and of a declaration of its secretary describing the immoveables or immoveable rights which are the subject of such by-law, may have such immoveables or immoveable rights registered in its name.
