318. For the purposes of section 42, the delegate of Cité de Dorval is deemed to be the delegate of Ville de L’Île-Dorval, as though the territory of the latter were included in that of the former.

318. The town of Dorval Island shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Community, but for the purposes of representation on the Council it shall be deemed to be part of the territory of the city of Dorval.
