307. The Minister may, at the request of the executive committee, extend a time period prescribed for the Community in this Act. Where the Minister considers it expedient, he may again extend the period on the conditions he determines.

307. Any delay granted by this act to the Community to adopt any measure or perform any act may be extended for a period not exceeding one year by the Government, upon application by the Community, by an order in council which shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
