244. The commissioners and the secretary of the Commission cannot be sued by reason of official acts done in good faith in the exercise of their functions.
No extraordinary recourse contemplated in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be exercised and no injunction shall be granted against the Commission, the commissioners or the secretary acting in their official capacities, unless applied for by the Government, the Community or any municipality thereunto authorized by the Community.
Article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall not apply to the Commission, except upon a request of the Government, the Community or any municipality thereunto authorized by the Community.
