234. Before 1 July, the Community shall send its annual report to the Minister, the Commission municipale du Québec and each of the municipalities. Such annual report shall include a summary statement of the Community’s activities for the preceding fiscal year, financial statements in the form prescribed by the Minister, one copy, certified by the auditor or auditors, of their report to the Community, and any other information prescribed by the Minister.
