230. The bonds, notes and other securities issued by the Community shall be authorized investments within the meaning of paragraph a of article 981o of the Civil Code. Such bonds, notes and other securities shall constitute for the holders thereof direct and general obligations of the Community and of the municipalities and rank concurrently and paripassu with all other general bonds of the Community.
